We are a family run team with over 20 years experience in installing and adapting bathrooms. We are all born and raised in Norfolk. Unlike national companies, we can offer an unrivalled service to our customers by building a personal face to face customer relationship, providing quick response and the reassurance that we are normally never far away on any given working day.

We offer a complete range of building services including plumbing, plastering, tiling, electrical, carpentry, flooring, decorating and more, so from start to finish we do it all!

 

Free no obligation - Home Survey (1hour)

 

BathAbility Norfolk offer a free no obligation survey in the comfort of your own home. At an arranged and convenient time for yourself, we will visit you to discuss your personal requirements for your new bathroom, measure up your existing bathroom, survey your property’s electrical and plumbing setup, offer suitable options for your new bathroom and leave it to you to make your own decisions on what we’ve discussed. An average survey and discussion takes about 1 hour. After our initial meeting, you will be supplied with a bespoke bathroom 2D & 3D plan and a fully itemised quotation that we can send by post or by email. This is all completely free of charge with no obligation to buy. Of course, we are always available by phone should you have any questions or queries and are more than happy to help in any way we can! 

 

How long does a new bathroom take to install? Will we be without a toilet for long?

 

Every bathroom is different and every customers’ requirements are different, so it is difficult to say exactly. However, most of our installations, due to our planning and efficiency are completed within 5 days, but can take up to 10 days on larger projects. Also, we fully understand that not everybody has the luxury of more than one toilet in their home, so we always factor within our plan to not let you be without a working toilet for more than 1 hour during the installation period - and this is only to install your new one!

 

Guarantee - Warranty - After Sales

 

UK law requires most property works to be guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. We at BathAbility are so confident in our service and quality of workmanship that we offer double the industry standard to 24 months and some of our products have full LIFETIME WARRANTIES. We are fully insured for up to £2 million GBP and are a fully registered limited company. Customer service is paramount to us, so we'd aim to address any after sales issues as soon as possible and to be on-site within a maximum of 24 hours. More than likely it would be the same day!
